When you bring your project to Design Alliance, Inc., we create a special Alliance among our own staff, consultants, you, and your community to achieve the results you desire. Your project’s design team will be led by one of our three owner/principals, who will be your single source of contact throughout the project. He will be actively involved in the day-to-day activities of the project and will be supported by other members of Design Alliance’s staff.
Our consensus-based process
You know that the most innovative ideas emerge from group collaboration—not from just one person. That’s why we at Design Alliance have developed a consensus-based process—an all-inclusive, results-driven method that sets us apart from other firms. Here’s how it works:
- We begin with an Envisioning Success exercise where you’ll be asked to picture the completed project, visualize specific elements that lead to the success of the final project, and prioritize your goals. The entire group will revisit these priorities whenever we need to make tough decisions, thus ensuring that your vision is met with precision. By getting your input from the very beginning, the playing field is leveled and everyone is on the same page.
- An open, two-way dialogue will continue. You’ll see images of other projects and respond to them. This activity encourages you to make important decisions about the project, with your shared preferences helping guide our team at Design Alliance. This gives you the completed project you want--and need.
This process will guarantee that you get what you asked for—not some idea of what we think you should want.
